Clare HartPresident and Chief Executive Officer -
Clare Hart became President and Chief Executive Officer of Infogroup in July 2010 and is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Company.
Clare Hart was Executive Vice President, Dow Jones & Company, a News Corporation Company, and President, Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group, from March 2006 - January 2010. She was responsible for the company's media portfolio serving the corporate, media, financial services and government markets. The unit is comprised of Dow Jones Content Technology Solutions (including Dow Jones Client Solutions, Dow Jones Newswires and Factiva), Dow Jones Financial Information Services, Dow Jones Business & Relationship Intelligence and Dow Jones Indexes.
From January 2000 to February 2006, Ms. Hart was President and Chief Executive Officer of Factiva, where she drove the strategic vision for this award-winning and innovative business news and information company. During her tenure, Factiva grew to No. 1 in its industry from No. 3, reaching $281 million in annual revenue.
Prior to this, Ms. Hart held the position of Vice President and Director of Factiva Global Sales, where she consolidated multiple sales groups from each predecessor company into one global team. She began her career at Dow Jones in 1983 and held various positions in sales, marketing, customer service and product design and development at Dow Jones Interactive before joining Factiva.
Ms. Hart has won numerous awards for her leadership and innovation. She is an advisory board member of Drexel University's LeBow College of Business Dean's Advisory Board, the Lubuto Library Project and The Women's Venture Fund. From 2004 to 2006, she sat on the Software Information Industry Association (SIIA) board of directors.
Ms. Hart received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and computer systems management from Drexel University in Philadelphia. She also has an M.B.A. from Rider University in Lawrenceville, N.J.

Richard HanksExecutive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer -
Richard Hanks is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Infogroup, a privately held company owned by CCMP, the New York based Private Equity firm.
Prior to this role Richard Hanks was Chief Commercial Officer for the Enterprise Media Group of Dow Jones & Co Inc, a subsidiary of NewsCorp. In that role he led the corporate and financial market verticals with responsibility for sales, marketing and product strategy.
Prior to that, Richard Hanks was Chief Operating Officer of the Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group (EMG). Based in Princeton, New Jersey, Mr. Hanks was responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the EMG Division including all aspects of content operations, customer service, partners and alliances, commercial policy and business infrastructure. Together with Dow Jones Finance, Mr. Hanks was responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the EMG portfolio of businesses
Mr. Hanks was also Factiva's Chief Financial Officer from the company's inception in May 1999 - before it was acquired by Dow Jones in December 2006. Overseeing a global finance department, Mr. Hanks and his team were responsible for forecasting and budgeting, acquisitions management, strategic alliances, financial planning and analysis, tax and treasury management. During this time the organization achieved consistent growth in earnings every year, earning the confidence of the Joint Venture Board of Directors to invest further in the business.
Before this role, Mr. Hanks was the divisional Finance Director for the Corporate and Media Information Division of Reuters. Mr. Hanks also held senior finance positions with Pearson PLC and GlaxoSmithKline PLC.
Mr. Hanks is a Chartered Accountant and trained with PriceWaterhouseCoopers specializing in corporate finance and reconstruction work. He has a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University, England.

John CopenhaverPresident, Infogroup Small Business Group -
Mr. John Copenhaver has been President of Infogroup's Small Business Group since February 2010. He is responsible for leading the charge to provide customized turn-key solutions for small business clients all under one roof.
Prior to his current role, he was Senior Vice President of Infogroup's Subscription Group from 2004-2010. During his tenure at Infogroup, Mr. Copenhaver has also previously led US Directories, Videoyellowpages.com, Catalog Sales, Major Accounts, Consumer Accounts and Corporate Teleservices. He has worked in these roles as at Infogroup as Vice President or General Manager since 1995. Prior to joining Infogroup, Mr. Copenhaver was the Business-to-Business General Manager at ITI Marketing Services. He started his career at West Teleservices as a sales account executive in 1992, working his way up to branch manager in 1995.
Mr. Copenhaver attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.

Jim DeRoucheyPresident, Infogroup Licensing -
Mr. Jim DeRouchey is President of Infogroup Licensing, which includes managing relationships with value added resellers in a number of key verticals including search, navigation, mobile, telematics, 411, analytics, direct marketing and geographic information systems.
With extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships, he has worked at Infogroup for over 18 years and has held numerous sales and leadership positions within the organization.
Mr. DeRouchey is a graduate of the University of South Dakota with a degree in business management.

Phil GarlickPresident, Onesource -
Philip Garlick is President of OneSource and is responsible for strategic direction, overall management, and business development. Previously, he directed global sales and support and, for several years, he had overall responsibility for the management of OneSource's European operations.
Prior to joining OneSource, Mr. Garlick worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions for Wang UK and Grand Metropolitan.
He holds a Master's degree in economics from Manchester University.

Mike HiltsPresident, Infogroup Interactive -
As President of Infogroup Interactive, Mr. Hilts is charged with blending the individual strengths of Yesmail and Walter Karl Interactive together to create a full suite of interactive solutions and services for their clients.
Mr. Hilts served as President and General Manager of Yesmail from 2005 to 2010. Under his leadership, Yesmail was transformed into an emarketing solutions powerhouse, consistently earning a "leader" designation in the annual Forrester Wave report for Email Marketing Service Providers. Prior to Yesmail's acquisition of @Once Corp. in 2005, Mike served in various executive roles at @Once, including Vice President, Client Services, and Vice President, Finance and CFO. He previously provided contract CFO, and operational and financial advisory services to companies in various industries, and served in various positions at Evergreen International Aviation, Inc.
Mr. Hilts holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from Washington State University and an MBA from Portland State University.

Ms. Ann Kennedy is the Senior Vice President, Product Innovation at Infogroup.
Ms.Kennedy started her career in the financial services industry working between Wells Fargo (fka Norwest Bank) and US Bank (fka First Bank System) in the Twin Cities. Over 15 years, her responsibilities were wide and varied ranging from operations/ compliance support, to running a Retail Banking Branch, to "owning" and running the Home Equity business line to managing and growing a 6.2 Billion Consumer Credit Portfolio.
From there, she moved to First Data Corporation in Omaha, Nebraska and over 5 years, started up and managed the Emerging Technology group by bringing to market the first-ever multi application-smart card before joining Infogroup.
Her accomplishments include building and sustaining a new business group made up of 100 Associates who update and maintain the largest private and public companies in the U.S. She then opened and built-out the first Infogroup compilation center in India made up of 85+ Associates. She also ran the Consumer Database compilation group at Infogroup before stepping into her product innovation role. -
Winston KingGeneral Counsel and Secretary -
Mr. Winston King is General Counsel and Secretary for Infogroup and has been in that role since July 2010.
Mr. King previously served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Infogroup, which he joined in 2007. Prior to Infogroup, he was Counsel at WilmerHale, with a practice focusing (at various times) on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, regulatory compliance and contested matters. Before WilmerHale, he was a clerk for the Honorable Bruce Selya, United States 1st Circuit Court of Appeals, and, prior to law school, was a legislative assistant to Senator Blanche Lincoln (then serving in the U.S. House of Representatives).
Mr. King holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and was the Senior Managing Editor for Law Review and Order of the Coif. He also graduated cum laude with a B.A. in economics from the Duke University. -
Slade KobranChief Marketing Officer -
Mr. Slade Kobran is Chief Marketing Officer of Infogroup. In this role, Mr. Kobran oversees Infogroup's go-to-market strategy, positioning, branding and marketing initiatives on a global basis. His twenty years of marketing experience in business services companies encompasses product management, strategic marketing, strategic planning and business development responsibilities.
Slade joined Infogroup in 2006. Prior to becoming CMO, he was Senior Vice President, Global Director for Infogroup's Opinion Research Corporation division and a member of ORC's Global Leadership Team. He has had marketing roles of increasing responsibility in the company's Donnelley Marketing and National Accounts divisions. Prior to joining Infogroup, Slade held senior marketing, business development and product management roles at Automatic Data Processing and Dun & Bradstreet.

Mr. Marc Litvinoff is the President of the Research Group and Opinion Research at Infogroup. Mr. Litvinoff rejoins Infogroup where he previously led the Guideline and Find/SVP divisions of its Research Group. Opinion Research is a leader in offering primary and, secondary market and business research, strategic intelligence and expert insights for its long-standing Fortune 1000 clients.
Mr. Litvinoff specializes in information and business services and had a proven record of success driving top line growth and profitability. As a turnaround specialist, he combines large company discipline with small company savvy and energy, with particular strengths in international operations, raising capital and M&A.
Prior to these roles, Mr. Litvinoff was President and Chief Executive Officer of RHK, a San Francisco-based telecommunications advisory firm. From 1999-2001, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Knowledge Networks, a Menlo Park, CA-based market research and marketing intelligence company, which under his direction grew from start-up status to over $25 million in revenues. Prior to that, Marc spent almost eight years at Gartner, rising from a Research Director to Senior Vice President & Managing Director of Gartner's IT vendor focused businesses, including its Dataquest division, a $110 million, leading syndicated research and consulting firm. -
Edward C. MallinPresident, Services Group -
Mr. Edward C. Mallin has served as President of the Services Group since January 2007.
Prior to that Mr. Mallin served as President of Donnelley Marketing since August 2005, as President of Walter Karl since June 1998, as Executive Vice President of the National Accounts Division from January 1997 to June 1998 and as President of Compilers Plus from January 1990 to May 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Mallin was Executive Vice President of Compilers Plus which the Company acquired in January 1990.
Mr. Mallin holds a B.A. in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration and Planning from New York University. -

Franklin Rios became President of the Enterprise Solutions Group at Infogroup in July of 2010.
Mr. Rios is a results driven senior executive and entrepreneur with more than 18 years of management, business development, sales and marketing experience in the interactive, e-commerce, telecomm and media industries. He has a proven track record of success, building scale for emerging businesses, effectively driving organizational change and creating necessary infrastructure to deliver sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Infogroup, he was the Vice President of Interactive Sales and Marketing at Vertis, Inc., a privately held company in the marketing and advertising industry serving retailers, grocers, automobile, insurance and financial services clients. Mr. Rios also started his own full service Hispanic Advertising Agency, Rios Group, from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that he was the Director of Sales at CSG Systems from 2001-2003 and a Sales Manager at Encoda from 1994-2001.
Mr. Rios attended the University of California at Los Angeles and studied biology. -
Susie RobinsonSenior Vice President, Human Resources -
Susie Robinson is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and a Member of the Executive Management Team of Infogroup, Inc., effective July 2010. She is responsible for the human resource strategy and operations of this 3,200-employee provider of data and interactive resources, which serves businesses in North America, the UK and the Asia-Pacific region.
Her career has been built on broad functional expertise in compensation and benefits, recruiting and talent management, HR information systems, and labor relations. She has a successful record of driving top and bottom line business growth by executing innovative human resources strategies and talent initiatives in multi-cultural operations in 98 countries.
Before joining Infogroup, Ms. Robinson was Vice President of Human Resources and Member of the Executive Team of Dow Jones, a 6200-employee, $1.8 billion publisher and information services enterprise with significant consumer and enterprise businesses.
Prior to that, she was recruited as Vice President to head human resources and labor relations in a turnaround of the $2.5 billion biotech, consumer health care and R&D businesses of Wyeth, one of the world's largest manufacturer of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products.
Earlier, she was Chief Human Resources Officer for B. Braun Medical, a $1 billion global pharmaceutical and medical device company with 4,500 employees in North America and the Caribbean.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the California State University at Fullerton. She has authored the chapter, Maximizing Your HR Efforts: Leading HR Executives on Increasing Employee Engagement, Ensuring Optimal Efficiency, and Creating a Culture of Recognition, published in 2009 by Aspatore Books in the book, Personal Progress: Successful HR Initiatives.
Ms. Robinson is a member of Women in Media, a New York women's executive roundtable, and served as an executive sponsor of Women in Leadership, a 2007 Wyeth corporate diversity initiative. Ms. Robinson currently is a member of the Research Advisory Group of the Wharton Center for Human Resources, the Society for Human Resources Management, and is an Advisory Board Member of the Executive Council of the Human Resources Planning Society.
She also has professional affiliations with the Human Resources Planning Society, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Corporate Executive Board.
